Self Healing Your Trauma Newsletter

This is an archive of my past newsletters you can browse to help you decide if you’d like to sign up. If you’re already a subscriber, you can use it to refer back to past issues as needed.

I launched the Self Healing Your Trauma newsletter in October 2023. It’s a free monthly newsletter that you get access to when you sign up for my free, self-paced Self Healing the Root workshop.

Here’s what you’ll find in this newsletter archive:

  • Every month, I take the pulse of what trauma seems to be coming up for the collective (whether out in the world or for my clients—patterns tend to show up among multiple people at a time), and I’ll share my thoughts and/or perspective around healing it.

  • You’ll also get first access to subscriber Q&A as it comes up.

  • From time to time, I’ll also recommend related blogs, books, or resources that you might like, announce any new offerings as I create them, and tell you about new or useful self healing tools that my clients and I have been finding helpful.

This list may evolve over time depending on subscriber needs.
