Cancellation Policy

You may reschedule or cancel appointments at anytime except the 24 hours prior to your appointment.
The only time you may cancel or reschedule an appointment within the 24 hours before your appointment is in the case of an emergency. An emergency is defined as a life threatening or serious illness situation. Scheduling conflicts and moods are not considered emergencies.
If you cancel or reschedule in a non-emergency situation within the 24 hours before your appointment, you lose that session. See the refund policy for more information.
