Refund Policy
ONE-ON-ONE COACHING
No refunds for services rendered.
You or I may choose to terminate the coaching relationship at anytime for any reason.
In the case that either of us decide to terminate the coaching relationship before you have completed a coaching package, you will be charged pay-as-you-go pricing for services rendered. Any remaining funds you have paid toward your package will be refunded.
In the case either of us decide to terminate the coaching relationship and you have purchased monthly bundles, you will be charged pay-as-you-go pricing for services rendered. Any remaining funds you’ve paid toward your bundle after that will be refunded.
In the case either of us decide to terminate the coaching relationship and you are paying as you go, you will be refunded 100% for any paid services that have not yet been rendered.
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 of your appointment and it is not an emergency, you will not be refunded for that session. If you are working within a package or bundle, this will count as a service rendered to make up for not being able to fill the spot with another client. An emergency is defined as a life threatening or serious illness situation. Scheduling conflicts and moods are not considered emergencies. See the cancellation policy for more information.
MAINTENANCE SUBSCRIPTION
No refunds for services rendered.
If you do not use your monthly allotment of services, you will lose them. They do not roll over. But, your spot in the limited-availability subscription will be held.
If you cancel your subscription mid-month, you can be refunded for that month if no services have been rendered within that month.
Resubscribing eligibility is determined by spot availability.
